This permission allows LearnBCA Marketing Intelligence to read Search Console performance information for websites that the authorized Google account has permission to access.

  • Average search position
  • Country and device-level performance information
  • Search performance dates and related reporting information

4. How Google Data Is Used

Google Search Console data is used only to analyze and improve LearnBCA’s website and marketing performance.

For example, the information may be used to:

  • Analyze organic search performance
  • Identify pages receiving search traffic
  • Identify ranking improvements or declines
  • Detect high-impression and low-CTR pages
  • Find SEO opportunities
  • Measure content performance
  • Generate internal marketing insights and recommendations

Google data is not used for unrelated advertising or unauthorized purposes.

5. Read-Only Access

LearnBCA Marketing Intelligence currently uses read-only access to Google Search Console.

The system does not use this permission to:

  • Modify Search Console properties
  • Delete Search Console data
  • Change website ownership
  • Change Google account settings
  • Publish content to Google services

6. Google Account Credentials

LearnBCA does not request or store your Google Account password.

Google authorization is performed through Google’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization process.

OAuth credentials and access tokens are handled securely and are not intentionally exposed publicly.

7. Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or misuse.

Where Google API credentials or tokens are required, they are intended to be stored securely and are not included in publicly accessible source code.

Access to marketing and analytics information is limited to authorized users and systems.

8. Sharing of Information

LearnBCA does not sell Google user data.

Google API data is not sold to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Information may only be shared where necessary to:

  • Operate LearnBCA services
  • Maintain infrastructure

Where third-party infrastructure or service providers are used, access should be limited to what is necessary to provide the relevant service.

9. Use of Google API Services

LearnBCA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, security, operational, legal, or business purposes.

Google-connected data may also be deleted when it is no longer required or when the associated integration is discontinued.

11. Disconnecting Google Access

Users can revoke LearnBCA’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.

After authorization is revoked, LearnBCA Marketing Intelligence will no longer be able to obtain new data using that authorization.

12. Cookies and Analytics

LearnBCA may use cookies and analytics technologies to understand website usage, improve user experience, measure traffic, and improve website performance.

These technologies may collect information such as browser type, device information, visited pages, referral source, and general usage patterns.

13. Children’s Privacy

LearnBCA provides educational content that may be viewed by students. We do not knowingly use Google Search Console authorization to collect personal information from children.

Google Search Console integration is intended for authorized administrators or operators of LearnBCA.
