Introduction (परिचय)
Group Discussion, जिसे short form में GD कहा जाता है, job selection, admission process और competitive exams का एक important stage होता है। इसमें कुछ candidates को एक group में बैठाकर किसी given topic पर discussion करने के लिए कहा जाता है। इस process का main purpose candidate की communication skill, confidence, knowledge, leadership quality, listening ability, teamwork और presence of mind को check करना होता है।
